Which toothpaste should I choose?
- Happy Mint: 5% nano-hydroxyapatite for enamel care, with enzymes to help lift surface stains. Fluoride-free.
- Charcoal Icy Mint: nano-hydroxyapatite, activated charcoal and baking soda for everyday polishing. Fluoride-free.
- Wintergreen Peppermint: fluoride for cavity protection and potassium nitrate for sensitivity relief.
- Cooling Spearmint: fluoride cavity protection with a fresh spearmint flavor.
What is Gum Shield Mouthwash?
An alcohol-free mouthwash with CPC, an ingredient that helps control plaque that leads to gingivitis and bleeding gums. Gum Shield has a mild Shield Mint flavor and comes in a 20 fl oz bottle.
What makes Triple Floss Picks different?
Three wax-coated strands form a net-like design to help catch and lift trapped food. Strong Mint flavor, a textured grip and a built-in toothpick. No cutting or wrapping needed.
The separately sold pack contains 300 picks. The Complete Oral Care System includes 75 picks.
Which toothbrush is right for me?
Stadium has three tiers of soft bristles and a soft-touch gel handle. Our Triple Head Toothbrush has bristles arranged to contact three sides of the teeth. The kids version has a smaller head.

Can children use TWICE products?
Our Kids Triple Head Toothbrush is sized for smaller mouths. Toothpaste and mouthwash age directions vary by formula, so check the package and supervise brushing. Fluoride-free does not automatically mean suitable for every age.

What order do you recommend?
Rinse first. Floss second. Brush third. That’s TWICE’s preferred routine. Use each product as directed on its package and follow any personalized instructions from your dental professional.

Why are there two toothpastes in the system?
Happy Mint pairs 5% nano-hydroxyapatite with enzymes. Charcoal Icy Mint combines nano-hydroxyapatite, activated charcoal, baking soda and vitamins A, C and E.
Julian’s personal pairing is Happy Mint in the morning and Charcoal Icy Mint at night. Either can be your morning or evening toothpaste.
How often should I brush and floss?
Brush twice a day for two minutes and clean between your teeth at least once a day. Be gentle with both brushing and flossing. Consistency matters more than force.
When should I replace my toothbrush?
About every three months, or sooner if the bristles become worn or frayed. Rinse your brush after use and let it air-dry upright.
How big is a tube, and how long does it last?
Each current TWICE toothpaste tube contains 3.4 oz. How long it lasts depends on how much you use and whether you share it, so choose your pack or subscription interval around your own routine.

What is nano-hydroxyapatite?
Hydroxyapatite is a calcium phosphate mineral found in tooth enamel. “Nano” describes its small particle size. You’ll find it in Happy Mint and Charcoal Icy Mint; Happy Mint contains 5%.

How are whitening toothpaste and strips different?
Whitening toothpaste helps remove surface stains during brushing. Happy Mint uses enzymes in a peroxide-free formula. Our Whitening Strips are a separate hydrogen peroxide treatment with their own application time and directions.
What should I choose for sensitive teeth?
Wintergreen Peppermint contains potassium nitrate for sensitivity relief, alongside fluoride for cavity protection. Follow the package directions.
Whitening treatments can cause sensitivity. If you have ongoing pain or sensitivity, check with your dentist before whitening.
What if I have an ingredient allergy?
Check the full ingredient list on the product page and your package before use. Formulas differ, and a “vegan” or “fluoride-free” label does not tell you whether a product is suitable for your allergy.

Are your toothpastes vegan?

How does shipping work?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Retail orders over $50 qualify for free shipping within the continental United States. Dental professional orders are excluded. We currently cannot fulfill international orders.

Can I change an order or get help with it?
Contact our team as soon as possible with your order number and what you need. Whether an order can be changed depends on its fulfillment status.
