Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 - available only to residents of the Continental United States and non-dental professional orders.

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

At this time, we are unable to fulfill international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.


Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received?

Sometimes carriers may mark a package as “Delivered” before it actually arrives. If this happens:

  1. Check with your neighbors or your local property office.
  2. Wait 24–48 hours to see if your package arrives.

If you still haven’t received your order:

  • Contact the carrier directly and file a claim.
  • We are not liable for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

You can also file a claim through our Customer Portal (If you purchased the “Satisfaction Guarantee Insurance”) for further assistance with a replacement.


Order Cancellations & Address Changes

Requests for cancellations or address changes are not guaranteed once your order has entered processing. Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST.
Requests received outside these hours are not guaranteed for any changes.


Holiday Shipping Policy

During holidays or peak seasons, shipping times may be longer due to high carrier volume.
Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery during these periods.
Delays are dependent on carrier processing times and are outside of our control.


Returns & Refunds

We accept unopened and unused items for return within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued for purchases made through smiletwice.com.

To initiate a return (If you purchased the “Satisfaction Guarantee Insurance”), please visit our Customer Portal and include the required information.

Otherwise, reach out to our customer service team with the following information:

  • Order #
  • Date of Purchase
  • Item(s) Returning
  • Reason for Return 

To keep our prices competitive, we do not offer free returns, except in specific cases (approved at the time of your request).

  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges due to pricing variances, but replacements for the same item may be provided.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns under certain circumstances.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note:

  • Refunds/exchanges are not valid on clearance items — no exceptions.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your package is “returned to sender”:

  • Verify that your shipping address was correct at checkout.
  • Contact your local Post Office or carrier to determine the reason for the return.
  • Your order will be refunded, excluding the original shipping cost.
